Originally a derelict farm set in rolling pasture and woodlands on the Tyntesfield Estate, it has taken more than four years to transform Charlton Farm, the second home of Children’s Hospice South West. The resulting £8m hospice, a sanctuary for children with life limiting conditions and their families, is an example of great design and function.
